Lladro Figurines

I got into Lladro figurines because I like clowns and had started a clown collection. What can I say--I collect things!

In the 1950's, the Lladro brothers; Juan, Jose, and Vicente; began making beautifully sculpted figurines with a crystalline finish which is associated with the name Lladro today. They produced definitive pastel tones which many others try to imitate. Their figurines and business became extremely popular and they expanded their line. They are most collectible today.
Very early Lladro figurines have the logo "Porcelanas Lladro over an emblem" In the 1970's, they switched to the trademark they currently use (see below)

Anyway, I haven't many of these figurines but, I have some. They have an elegance to them. A few led to a few more.
I've enjoyed everyone.
